Quality Control
There are several steps we’ve taken to ensure that every service you receive is a great service.
To start off, we use a standardized cleaning checklist so we’ll never miss anything important. Our cleaners will do a before and after walk-through to make sure they understand your needs and that you’re happy with the cleaning. Afterwards, you’ll receive an automated email to rate your cleaner and service, and only cleaners who maintain over a 4.5 star rating are sent to clients’ homes.

In fact, only 1 out of every 90 applicants is selected to be a part of our team, so you can feel confident welcoming our cleaners into your home.
